The cancellation test
Once the system is yours, ending Care does not turn it off. Your company retains the project, accounts, data, domain materials, source package, and operating documentation. You remain responsible for the hosting and third-party services you choose, but ShopReady does not hold a required platform switch.
Care is optional and separate from both payment options.
During build-to-own, ShopReady hosts the system. After transfer, hosting, domain, and third-party provider costs become yours whether or not Care is active.
Care does not re-license your system to ShopReady or reverse your ownership.
Major version upgrades, if offered later, remain optional—not forced migrations tied to Care.
Care pricing, if offered for your engagement, is confirmed separately from the $598 design/demo deposit and your Pay in full or Pay over time agreement. Care is not part of the build-to-own monthly payment.
