After a free discovery hour with Jay, if both sides want to continue, you pay a $598 non-refundable design & demo deposit. It funds discovery synthesis and a preview-only demo shaped around your business. For Pay in full, it counts toward the $4,999 total. For Pay over time, it is the upfront deposit before the 24 monthly payments begin.
